This next year is going to be one of God using the gifts He has given each of us through the Holy Spirit. Whether it be teaching, encouraging, prayer, administration, healing, discernment, even prophecy, it will be fanned into flame and used to build and strengthen our community as women at Westmont as well as the Kingdom in mighty ways. In 2 Timothy 1:6 Paul says "For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which, is in you through the laying on of hands, for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power, love, and self-control." Hold fast to these words of truth and let us be BOLD in the strength of Christ's grace.
So how can we prepare ourselves for the work God is going to do in Wonderfully Made this next year? Pray, seek the Lord, be in the Word, stand firm in the truth of who you are and the power of His Holy Spirit, but above all pray.
God's got some BIG stuff He wants to do in and through us if we allow Him to and I encourage you all to be praying along side me for God to prepare your hearts for what He's going to do through you and to prepare the hearts of those that God's asking us to reach this next year.
